We offer FREE SHIPPING to the contiguous 48 states for all web orders over $100. We also offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipped to our store for Store Pick-Up. Please call our store to place orders shipping outside of the continental U.S., as additional freight charges may apply. We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers.


Try Before You Buy

At Capel you can take home and try any number of rugs you want for 7 days. During that time, we do not process a payment until you are sure you love the rug (s) and want to keep it. At Capel, we’re committed to making sure you always receive the best value on every purchase you make. Our “110% Price Match Guarantee ” is a testament to that commitment.

If, within 30 days, you find a lower price on an item we carry from a local competitor, an online store, or a catalog, we’ll beat the price by an additional 10% to thank you for bringing it to our attention.

To redeem your refund under this guarantee prior to sale, simply fax us with the catalog page or newspaper clipping where you saw the merchandise advertised, or if you saw the item on the web, simply call or email us with the address of the site.

Oversized Items

Oversized rugs that are too large or heavy to ship via UPS or UPS Freight will be shipped via an LTL (less than truckload) common carrier. This service differs from small-package delivery in that they will call you to schedule a delivery appointment and only deliver curbside. Most LTL carriers schedule appointments for a 2-4 hour window between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
