At Capel, we’re committed to making sure you always receive the best value on every purchase you make. Our “110% Price Match Guarantee ” is a testament to that commitment.

If, within 30 days, you find a lower price on an item we carry from a local competitor, an online store, or a catalog, we’ll beat the price by an additional 10% to thank you for bringing it to our attention.

To redeem your refund under this guarantee prior to sale, simply fax us with the catalog page or newspaper clipping where you saw the merchandise advertised, or if you saw the item on the web, simply call or email us with the address of the site.

Try Before You Buy

Capel offers a 30-day Risk-Free Trial on every item! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, you may return it for a full refund. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges or may return any item to a Capel store at no charge.

To make your return as easy as possible, Capel offers return authorization by e-mailing or calling your local store.

Once you receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#), you must attach it to the item wrapped in its original packaging (or equivalent) and then use a traceable courier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Please refer to your local store address to return your purchase.

IMPORTANT: We highly recommend insuring your return shipment for it’s full purchase price in case of loss or damage in transit. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. You are responsible for filing claims with the carrier you choose for shipping your returned merchandise.

Please completely wrap the rug you are returning in its original packaging or equivalent.

Do not fold or apply tape to any surface of the item or rug.

The returned item must be in new condition. If it is soiled or damaged it may be refused or incur a 20% service fee and the shipping cost.

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Returns that are received without a return authorization number may incur freight costs and a 20% service fee.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Custom items are not returnable unless there is damage or a defect. For damaged items, we will gladly provide a replacement. Rug pads that have been opened may not be returned for credit.

Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING to the contiguous 48 states for all web orders over $100. We also offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipped to our store for Store Pick-Up. Please call our store to place orders shipping outside of the continental U.S., as additional freight charges may apply. We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers.

 

Delivery Time

In-stock items usually ship within three business days. Delivery of braided and custom items may take up to 21 days. In some cases, all of the items in your order may not ship together or in the same package. Rug pads and accessories will normally be sent in separate packaging.

 

Oversized Items

Oversized rugs that are too large or heavy to ship via UPS or UPS Freight will be shipped via an LTL (less than truckload) common carrier. This service differs from small-package delivery in that they will call you to schedule a delivery appointment and only deliver curbside. Most LTL carriers schedule appointments for a 2-4 hour window between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
